Panuku in partnership with private developers have begun work to transform Takapuna and the future looks bright.
The main development is the large site at 40 Anzac St which is currently an open air car park. Before work can start on this site a new car park is being built on the Gasometer site across the road from 15 Huron St. Once this is completed work will start on the 40 Anzac St site. Transforming the heart of Takapuna. We are very excited about this development for a vibrant work and play community next to the sea.
